    My son is 21 years old. He has seizures and is moderately mentaly handicapped. He can't read and write and has a behavior problem. He is on medication for everything he has problems with. We live in indiana, but we went to a park in Ohio where my son went off and kick a ladies car and put dents in it. She turned it into her insurance company. Should he have to pay for this ladies car?
